All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Our delivery service aims to get your boutique product to your door within 4-6 working days, however this may be affected by bank holidays and other seasonal holidays. Customers using or bespoke printing service will receive order between 14 – 21 days, all will be dependent on the printing package that is chosen.
